We are charter members of the LANDLORDS
ASSOCIATION OF ARKANSAS which gives us a
stronger voice in government, both local and
state wide.
We offer a discounted one time membership price
to TenantData. A screening service used by our
association members. Not only do we get credit
reports, social security traces and criminal
background checks at a special rate, by using
TenantData we are building a tenant data base
that we can use to report the rental history of
ALL tenants.
A membership to Tri-County includes a membership
to both of these organizations. Other benefits

We offer a
general membership to individuals (you must own
or manage one or more rental units) for just
$50.00 a year and an associate membership for
business who are of interest and benefit to
landlords for $50.00 a year. Just fill out the
membership application.
You have to print it out and mail it to “Tri-County
Landlord Association” P.O. Box 757 Cabot, AR
72023 along with your check or money
order, (Made payable to Tri-County Landlord
Assoc.) we will retain your receipts and you can
pick them up at the next meeting.
Meetings are the third (3rd) Tuesday of each
month. Doors open at 6:30pm, meeting starts at
